      He was an assistant professor of Graduated school of System Science in Tokyo Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1996. He is now a professor of Graduate School of Informatics and Engineering in The University of Electro-Communications.

      His research interests span a range of areas including data science, Bayesian statistics, and algorithm development, resulting in over 150 publications in international journals and conferences.

He has been active in both local and international academic societies, which include program committees of AAAI, IJCAI, PGM, AISTAT, AIED, and EDM. He has also served as Local Steering Committee Chair in ICALT2007 and AIED2023.

      He received Best Paper award from The 20th IEEE International Conference on Tools with Artificial Intelligence (ICTAI 2008), Outstanding paper awards from e-Learn2004, e-Learn2005, e-Learn2007, and ED-MEDIA2008.

      Since graduation, she has joined the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC), Thailand, as a full-time researcher. Her research interests include applying natural language processing, information retrieval, and text mining to support R&D management. Such applications include technology trend, technology foresight, Technology roadmap, competitive analysis, expert finders, among others.

      Currently, she is a chairperson of Digital Business Management program and a full-time lecturer at Graduate School of Management and Innovation, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi.

He applies state-of-the-art machine learning, computer vision, and multilingual NLP to safeguard global platforms, serving hundreds of millions to over a billion users globally, from harmful content and abusive behaviors.
      His research interests include graph-based analytics, fraud detection, and natural language processing. He has published research at top-tier conferences including WSDM and ECML-PKDD, with work on heterogeneous information networks and online fraud detection systems.

      Asst. Prof. Dr. Rachada Kongkachandra is an educator and researcher dedicated to advancing responsible and human-centered artificial intelligence. She currently serves as Assistant Professor of Data Science and Innovation at Thammasat University, where her teaching and research focus on AI Ethics, Data Governance, and AI in Education.
      Dr. Rachada has contributed to national initiatives on AI governance and ethics, including her role as Chair of the AI Ethics Committee at the Artificial Intelligence Association of Thailand and Head of the AI Governance Guidelines and Toolkits Project with Thailand’s Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA). She also serves as a member of the National AI Ethics Committee under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA).

      She is the first Thai academic recognized as an IEEE CertifAIEd™ Authorized Assessor, joining the global network of experts supporting ethical AI evaluation and governance.

      With more than two decades of academic experience, Dr. Rachada strives to bridge research, policy, and education to promote an inclusive AI ecosystem that benefits both youth and society.
