Dr.Alisa Kongthon
King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi.
Educational Background
- Ph.D. degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2004.
- M.S. degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1998.
- B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester in 1996.
Since graduation, she has joined the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC), Thailand, as a full-time researcher. Her research interests include applying natural language processing, information retrieval, and text mining to support R&D management. Such applications include technology trend, technology foresight, Technology roadmap, competitive analysis, expert finders, among others.
Currently, she is a chairperson of Digital Business Management program and a full-time lecturer at Graduate School of Management and Innovation, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi.
